In case you missed the announcement, our family moved to Florida full time! We have been loving spending the spring here in Florida and look forward to living here. The weather has been so beautiful and since it is almost summer, I have been so inspired with warm weather fashion. I have been putting together some fun looks at different price points for different activities (i.e. brunch, date night, happy hour etc.). All these outfits are pretty versatile too and can be worn day to night.
Wear to brunch…
I love this cute light blue outfit. It is so easy to thrown on while still looking cute and put together. This bodysuit, shorts, and bag are all from Abercrombie. They have so many cute pieces right now for summer. The blue bag just adds such a fun touch to the look. The shorts are a nice linen blend and perfect for the weather now that it is heating up.
I am obsessed with this dress! It is such a nice material and so flattering too. The midi length and knit pattern make it so chic and perfect for a summer happy hour. I paired it with this cute pair of nude heels that I will be wearing ALL summer. The bag is my new favorite, and a great price point. I keep reaching for this bag with so many outfits.
OK- this dress is a new date night fave!! It is a nice soft and stretchy material that looks polished but still comfortable. I love that it has a tie in the front that is adjustable. I again paired it with my fave heels and bag!
Memorial Day Weekend is almost here and we can’t wait to kick off the summer with a fun weekend with the family. We love having our family over for a backyard BBQ where will grill out and play in the backyard. This time of year is always so fun for the whole family, and we love spending time together outdoors. I put together some items for a backyard s’more roast, an outdoor picnic, outdoor games, and cute red, white, and blue outfits for the family.
I am SO EXCITED that it is finally warm and that summer is around the corner! Can you believe Memorial Day Weekend is just a few weeks away? I thought it was the perfect time to put together some fun finds for outdoor activities with the kids, water toys, beach must-haves, cute patio decor, and more! It is my favorite thing to set toys and activities up in the backyard for Julian to play with! Especially with our hot Nashville summers, we love water toys and inflatable pools! Check out all my picks below- and all from Target of course!
Over the past six weeks we have been loving a lot of different newborn items for Rocco. These newborn favorites are items that we have continued to use since he was born and have been essential. Some of the newborn favorites we really can’t live without are the dock-a-tot and the Baby Bjorn bouncer. The dock-a-tot is so nice for moving around the house so Rocco can lay down right near us. We also have been using the Baby Bjorn bouncer. It is really nice because it bounces lightly for Rocco and keeps him happy. It is also so portable and light. I went ahead and linked all of our favorites below, from bath time, to changing, to clothes, and larger items.
Mother’s Day is coming up very soon! I am looking forward to my first Mother’s Day as a mom of two! So exciting. Shopping for a Mother’s Day gift for your mom/wife/sister/friend special woman in your life can be so fun but also tricky! A safe route to go is always something in the self care realm. As moms, we are usually pretty busy and don’t get a lot of down time for self care. So a great way to show them you care if something that they can use to feel spoiled or just something that will brighten each day. Some ideas are candles, bath bombs, nice lotions, facial creams, facial rollers or a warm fuzzy robe/blanket. Another nice gift is a nice picture frame with a photo in it of you together. I really like this digital one linked here! This would be a great gift for a grandparent as well! Shop all my picks below!
Baby Rocco is here and we are over the moon. He is the sweetest little guy and we are so happy with our little family. Julian is loving being a big brother and it is so cute to watch. Over the past couple weeks we have been relying on some essentials! I am rounding up everything below that we have actually been using and loving with Rocco. These have all been truly “essential”.
We have been loving this pack and play. It is so nice we can roll it into whatever room we are in and change him there. Then when he is older the bottom part can be used as a traditional pack and play. It has come in so handy for diaper changes throughout the day.
With baby #2 arriving VERY soon. I put together my hospital bag the other night and wanted to share a few of the items that I will be taking with me to the hospital. I remember when I had Julian it was good to have a slip on shoe so I love the ones I found below. I also found this cute mask bag to keep all the masks in that I will use for the hospital. Of course, I had to include my favorite “mama” tie dye robe too! There are also essentials like the Frida Mom postpartum kit, which I have heard great things about! I also included a link to our latest pregnancy update you don’t want to miss, below!
I am 36 weeks now and getting so close to meeting our little guy! We are so excited for him to be here and for Julian to meet him too. I wanted to put together all of the items that I used and loved this pregnancy. Everything is linked below the photos.
My Baby Registry I did through Amazon Registry. They made it so easy to have all the essentials in one place. AND to make it even better, when you get closer to your due date, the items you haven’t received or purchased yet, you get a discount on them! So I’ve really enjoyed using it this pregnancy. Here are all the different items I have purchased!
