Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
These cookies are so good- and actually really healthy too! They are dairy free and gluten free. This recipe is definitely going to be on repeat this summer. Here is how you make this amazing healthy chocolate chip cookie recipe!
What You Need for the Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
1/2 cup gluten free flour
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup applesauce
1/2 to 1 ripe banana
Pinch of salt
Dairy Free dark chocolate chips for topping
The How To’s
Take a bowl, and mix everything together, stirring evenly. Form the dough into small balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet evenly spaced. You could also cook them in a mini muffin pan. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top of the dough.
Bake 350 for 10-12 mins
When you remove from the oven, add flakey sea salt on top!
